USPS 2019 Mailing Promotions

The USPS published a preliminary list of marketing promotions for 2019.  The print promotions are subject to PRC review but are expected to be approved.

If you mail catalogs, make sure you sign up for the promotion and save 2% on your postage!  It could be as simple as adding a QR code the the back cover of your catalog.
